Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mathxi Experience, we strive to provide a service of the highest quality. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both the planning of your experience and the availability of our vessels.

Cancellation Notice Period

• Notification: All cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time.
• Admin Fees: In the event of a cancellation within the permitted timeframe (more than 24 hours’ notice), a refund of 75% of the total booking value will be processed.
• Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations notified with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a “No-show”.

Weather Guarantee

If weather conditions prevent safe navigation (at the discretion of the skipper or port authorities), we will offer a change of date or a full 100% refund of the amount paid.

Sighting Disclaimer

“Our marine wildlife sighting routes take place in the open sea. As these are wild species in their natural environment, the success of a sighting depends entirely on biological and meteorological factors. Therefore, the failure to spot dolphins or other species shall not be grounds for a partial or full refund of the tour price, nor shall it entitle the client to a free repeat of the activity. By booking, the client accepts that they are participating in a nature-based search expedition, not a scheduled performance.”
